Overall we had a great time, such a shame about the storm which couldn’t be helped.

Excellent but not a 5 star hotel

The position of the hotel is ideal

The bathroom needs upgrading and use of the bar in the main building would be nice if it was opened up in the evening instead of just the pool bar being the only thing available

Wonderful

I love the direct access to the beach and peaceful atmosphere of the place. The fitness room also perfect. The buffet food very tasty, fresh. The waiters and staff very kind and friendly.

Hard to say really. Perhaps the hotel pipes could be cleaned.

Delicious food, the chef prepared gluten free bread for my daughter. But vegan and sin gluten opcions should be added to menu. We loved the beach, it is just in front of the hotel

The breakfast and dinner were alright, if we would go to Mallorca again I think we will not choose dinner and just keep the breakfast. The hotel in general were clean and great service. But if you are expecting a super clean hotel I wouldn’t recommend it. If you are going for a few day to relax and enjoy the pool it’s really nice.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff

Obviously just been taken over and one or two facilities not in use following this and it being early in summer. Not a problem but hotel would be even better once everything up and running

Wonderful

The position of the hotel is amazing, it being right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, it has sunbeds and umbrellas (14.25 euros/day for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella) and the water is verry shallow and clear, you have to walk a lot in order to reach deep water so it is great for those who don’t know how to swim and for kids. There are always little waves so the kids have a lot of fun. The hotel is also pretty near the restaurants and the shops from Playa de Muro, although this region is not the most beautiful from Mallorca. If you decide to plan a trip to Mallorca I highly recomand you to hire a car because you have a lot to explore and you will find spectacular beaches and very beautiful harbors (the hotel offers free parking). The room and the bathroom are big. The bed is ok and the sea view is amazing if you decide to book a sea view room. Also, each room has a nice balcony. The pool is beautiful and it’s size is ok. It has a bar in the middle from where you can buy snacks and drinks. The sunbeds are free and the Bali beds cost 40 euros/day. Also, the hotel gives you towel for the pool and allows you to take it on the beach. In the morning the organize aqua gym/yoga/etc. The breakfast is great. There is a lot of variety and although it is almost the same everyday, there are a lot of things from which you can choose. We didn’t take dinner at the hotel, but I saw that everynight there is a different theme. In the evening, they organized singing/dancing shows which was a nice way to spend your night if you didn’t want to leave the hotel. Overall, now that we saw the island, we think the hotel was a good choice, especially for it’s position on the beach and we think that it deserves a higher grade.

It wis true that the hotel is a little bit old and “dusty” and that it could use a bit of refreshment, but the whole island (except from Palma) has this “dusty” air. There are little damages which could be improved (like the whitewash on the walls) but it is not so disturbing. A thing that we didn’t like was the cleaning. It was made in a superficial mode. The lady just took the trash and made the bed in some way…The room should have bene vacumed and the bathroom should be more cleaned. We didn’t say anything about this, but I think if we would told this to the housekeeper she would have been more carefull.

It was a good holiday but wouldn't go back as too far from anywhere.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good and varied.

Better signs around the hotel to help navigate. The Hotel needs some maintenance work and the public places and furniture are well-worn.

Lovely stay and friendly staff

The hotel was in a good location, staff were all friendly and breakfast included was great. Beach front and was nice but have to pay for beds if you want them as not hotel sun beds.

There definitely was some general maintenance required throughout the hotel and rooms which I feel doesn’t match 5* rating but the hotel was still pleasant.

Location, atmosphere. Nice place for kids, as well.

The breakfast was quite poor, not some many optiones and same every morning. The hotel did not have private beach and had to pay 4 Eur per day. Inside the hotel, if you would like to sit on the bed near pool, would charge 40 eur per day.

Nice, comfortable resort with great service. Great value for money.

The service was excellent, staff were all really nice. Location is great, next to a placid beach. Breakfast spread is pretty great. The hotel is really huge - there’s yoga, a gym, a pool, a kids club and so on. There’s car rental, a store right outside and a bus stop which takes you to town right outside the hotel. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, the area is much less touristy than can picafort or further up near platja muro.

The property itself is a bit dated as other reviews mention, which also gives it a certain charm. You can hear room service cleaning up at times in the morning, but it’s not bad. There are a few drawbacks but they make up for it with their excellent service

A great hotel next to the Playa de Muro beach

The hotel is great, right next to the beach Playa de Muro. The beach sun beds were a bit expensive (15 euros for 2 sun beds and an umbrella), so we were mostly swimming in the sea and then came back by the pool for a shower and sun bathing. We chose a B&B option so that we could enjoy various local foods, and it was a great decision. The breakfast had a great variety of options and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was nice and helpful, we appreciated the durable solutions put in place by the hotel to not change the beddings and towels every single day, unless requested. We had brought with us a swimming doughnut and the staff was kind enough to inflate it for us. We also noticed that any unwanted inflatable lilos could be left at the hotel and those would be recycled or displayed next to the pool for guests use (another great idea).

The balcony door was very hard to open and close, and required a lot of effort. The bathroom door was very hard to close, it seemed like it was swollen because of the humidity. The bathroom ceiling was also a bit damaged by humidity. The hotel is very beautiful overall, but you can clearly see the run down bits: cracks, discolouration, cracked paint.

Very pleasant hotel in a rather touristy part of Mallorca

Staff were lovely. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I used the spa facilities, which were great. The pool was more decorative than for swimming in, but the area around the pool was also very pleasant.

Really my only issue was that every morning, there was a terrible smell of drains in my bathroom. I'm not sure if it was a plumbing problem just related to my room, or simply because at night there's much less water flowing through the system, but it was very unpleasant. The housekeeping staff would always deal with it but it'd be back the next morning. Fortunately it didn't permeate to the bedroom.
